NUGGET - STAUNCH WHITE
Easily the best photo from the Melbourne launch.

Back when there was relatively nothing that documented stencil art, there was one book that il never forget getting my mitts on. It was Soho Walls : Beyond Graffiti and after discovering it in 96 (thanks to a friend o mine) i found it very inspiring . It was actually published in 1990 and was quite ahead of its time i think. By todays standards it may not do much for some but it was about the only book i could find at the time that was mainly stencils on the streets of NYC. Hang on,,,its 20 years old!!!! I know that there were other publications floating around before Soho Walls that had stencil content but as far as i know this was the only one focusing mainly on stencils. People, (young and old) go out and find yaself a copy coz its a must have for any collection. Maybe in your search youll stumble pon his other stuff.
have a NYCE weekend.

Since no-one decidead to actually mention who those humans are standing in front of that wall that reminds me of vomit. (bad form)
Can anyone name the peeps in this foto?
First correct answer will be sent a sticker pack. Just add answer to comments.

If you have a good knowledge of Graff/Hip Hop/PunkĀ history you should already know the answer.

Recently did this collab with BO Gear for an up coming cycling event in Adelaide. All hand done in Posca and spray paint.
If anyone out there wants their own one of a kind El Synco bag just send me an email and we can work something out.

Check out BOG and see the range.

Found this old Phibs burner from one lazy sunday arvo.

There is no way l’m going to post my piece form that day up next to this one.
While everyone else zoomed up and down in scissor lifts like professional tradesmen at the St Ali laneway festival Phibs showed all the kids how it’s done.
Couple of ladders and some thongs (l’m sure there’s a beer in there somewhere as well).
Don’t worry though people, they are double pluggers…. so it’s 100% work safe.
Photo pinched from here - along with a lot more nice stuff from the day.
EDIT: So it turns out l created some form of lame internet shitstorm by linking to some photo off flickr and not ‘asking’ for permission before doing so.
WTF is the internets coming to these days?
l’ve replaced the photo with one of mine (you can see Phibs thongs even better WOOT!)
Feel free to link to it, print it on birthday cards, coffee cups or whatever blows your hair back.
And fuckflickr.

before you drop your rubbish in the street. u never know where it will end up.

check out the rest of them HERE
