It’s already that time again with the POW WOW festival kicking off in Hawaii next month.

Meggs started a bit of a tradition of Everfresh guys heading over to Hawaii for the annual paint and general fun times, last year Rone and Phibs also went over and painted some epic walls. For 2013 Rone, Phibs, Meggs and myself will be heading over. The line up of artists for this year is amazing, you can check it out here.

Here’s a little video of last year, needless to say can’t wait to get there and paint a few wall and have a surf or 2.

Meggs is also working on a little something for the event, here’s a preview from his IG.

Everyone has there own opinion but it’s great to see Meggs on this list.

Meggs, and his Everfresh Crew, haven’t sat on their laurels in 2012. Back in June, we noted an impressive showing in Hong Kong and terrific work at Pow Wow in Hawaii. Meggs has since shown at San Francisco’s White Walls and rounded out the year crushing it down in Miami.



A traveling man, this Australian graffiti writer hasn’t stopped pushing since January 1, 2012. Shout outs are due to Rone and Phibs too.

This is just a super quick process video I made of a few of the walls in Miami:

This wall was another that happened completely by chance, someone walking past asked if I could do the something similar on his building.

The wall had a yellow stripe & massive window in the middle of it but I worked with what I was given and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

This was definitely the best fun I had painting a wall in Miami, large grass area, no windows, doors or other obstructions. Just a relaxed place to paint.

Unfortunately we didn’t all paint the same wall together due to timing and organisation logistics which were more like a game of chance.

But Phibs, Meggs & myself arrived in Miami with nothing lined up but by the end of the first day we had convinced a local business to let us take over their whole building.

While Rone and Meggs are off in the American sunshine, Ive been here working on some other projects, including wrapping this video… A full recap of the People’s Market wall in Collingwood that they killed right before they skipped town to go large in Miami to fly the flag for everfresh with Maka, Phibs and Reka.

The peoples market opens this Saturday in Stanly St Collingwood.

If you haven’t already seen it, Meggs and Rone have painted a massive wall down there which is well worth seeing in person. One of the largest walls to get painted in Melbourne l’d say.

Opera Gallery London and ANV in association with Butterfly are pleased to present URBAN MASTERS – an alternative art installation giving street and urban artists a chance to render homage to the masters, masterpieces and muses that have influenced their journey through the world of art and played a part in who they are nowadays.

This week i’m up in Sydney getting ready for Wonderwalls but Numskull and I were able to get this done as a bit of a warm up

WONDERWALLS is a three day art festival presented by The Hours, Verb Syndicate and Ironlak, featuring some of Australia’s most well known Low Brow artists. The weekend of the 9th – 11th of November we will be hosting an exhibition, an exclusive panel discussion AND a series of small & large scale murals being painted around the Wollongong CBD.
